Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, decentralized networks) and translate insights into strategic priorities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into current development cycles
- Present technology foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for 2026 technology portfolio
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record of 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or Web3 infrastructure
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong background in scaling technology teams and managing R&D budgets >$10M
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar peer-reviewed tech journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in technology forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
