- Architect and execute the 2026 AI/ML strategic roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI models, predictive analytics platforms, and autonomous systems
- Translate complex AI capabilities into product roadmaps with clear ROI projections and implementation timelines
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance policies for responsible deployment of advanced technologies
- Identify emerging AI trends and opportunities for competitive advantage in 2026 technology landscape
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and KPIs for AI initiatives
- Present strategic AI vision to executive leadership and investor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in strategic planning or product management
- Expertise in transformer architectures, generative AI (GPT-4, LLMs), and MLOps frameworks
- Proven track record of launching AI products with measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cross-functional leadership in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
