Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in federated learning, neural architecture search, and explainable AI
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native ML deployment
