Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategy for 2026 initiatives, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and product innovators to deliver cutting-edge solutions
- Identify emerging AI trends and opportunities for competitive advantage in post-2025 landscapes
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols for responsible deployment
- Secure $5M+ in strategic funding and partnerships for 2026 AI ecosystem expansion
- Present AI roadmap to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Drive innovation through competitive intelligence and patent strategy development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven experience in enterprise-scale strategy execution
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing applications
- Track record of securing $10M+ in tech funding and managing P&L for AI divisions
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or future-tech policy (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
