Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming chat requests via our support software with a response time of under 2 minutes.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions regarding products and services accurately.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all written correspondence.
- Document all customer interactions, solutions, and feedback in the CRM database.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Senior Support Team or Management.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on product changes and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or a call center environment.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent written English skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required by the schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
