The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to handle sourcing, screening, and scheduling for our growing client base. You will be the face of our company to top-tier engineering and tech talent.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-quality technical candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide weekly updates on open roles.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
- Post new job openings to various platforms and monitor application volume.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition (Weekend experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekends.
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site needs, though remote is available).
- Familiarity with technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) is a plus.
