Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing logistics for client facilities across Cleveland metro area
- Manage employee scheduling and shift coverage via digital platforms
- Conduct on-site compliance checks and safety protocols enforcement
- Process payroll documentation and weekly timesheets accurately
- Respond to urgent staffing requests within 2-hour response time
- Train new weekend staff on company procedures and client requirements
- Maintain detailed records of shift incidents and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months experience in shift-based or customer service role
- Proficient in digital scheduling tools (e.g., When I Work, Deputy)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
