Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, next-generation AI systems, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative technologies.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to forecast technological shifts and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech solutions into current products.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects in emerging technologies.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Strategic IT Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI transformation projects.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
