Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies with 99%+ success rate
- Partner with UN Digital Future Council to shape global tech policy frameworks
- Manage 15-person elite innovation team including PhD specialists and industry disruptors
- Present quarterly tech disruption briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive commercialization of 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation portfolio)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ at executive level (CTO/VP Innovation)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Executive presence engaging with Fortune 50 CEOs and government leaders
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages and quantum circuit design
