- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of future-tech investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with 3+ years in futures planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech initiatives or research publications
