Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and translate insights into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and technology adoption models
- Partner with R&D to incubate disruptive innovations and accelerate time-to-market
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology portfolio allocation and risk mitigation for long-term initiatives
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conference speaking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication ability with demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
