Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to inform 2026+ strategic planning
- Develop and communicate foresight frameworks that align product roadmaps with future market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate innovation culture and embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate foresight into high-impact business initiatives and investment decisions
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts to accelerate innovation
- Produce compelling scenario analyses and strategic narratives for stakeholders and investors
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage integration
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with demonstrated ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks that influenced organizational decisions
- Strong network within tech innovation circles (VCs, startups, Fortune 500 futurists)
- Mastery of foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices, systems modeling)
