Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (technological, social, economic) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise roadmap
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present future-shaping insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Quantify market potential of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across organizational divisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or unicorn companies on future strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., FutureScout, TechHorizons)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
