- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) positioning Horizon Labs as a future-shaping authority
- Oversee the Horizon 2026 incubation program for breakthrough concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications (demonstrated through published work or thought leadership)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data from diverse sources into coherent narratives
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU tech corridors, Asian innovation hubs)
- Portfolio of future-focused projects or publications demonstrating trend-anticipation capabilities
