- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with 5-year implementation cycles
- Integrate sustainability and ethical AI principles into all innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and exponential change patterns
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech-driven environments
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business Strategy, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
