- Author whitepapers on exponential technologies' societal impacts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at global innovation summits (WEF, CES, etc.)
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major platforms
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFIP)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
