Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for the event.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer software and navigating web-based platforms.
