Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues for onsite and remote users.
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and security patching during off-peak hours.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Conduct hardware inventory checks and coordinate repairs for faulty equipment.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in technical support or a related IT field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and Android devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
