- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the development of a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and prepares the company for 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate current infrastructure and recommend modernization strategies to ensure scalability and security.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences, including technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Vendor Relations: Partner with technology providers to secure the best solutions for our long-term roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the ability to influence without authority.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
