Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry futurists
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging futures
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and business strategy cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Published author or speaker at global futurism conferences
