Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and societal trends to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients navigating post-2026 business landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for our clients' industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into innovation pipelines
- Maintain a comprehensive trend intelligence database and predictive analytics models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and predictive analytics platforms
