- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, updates, and patch deployments.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the service desk system.
- Collaborate with the on-call team lead to resolve escalated technical tickets.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and active directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) with immediate start availability.
