Responsibilities
- Execute rigorous code reviews and debugging sessions for the weekend deployment cycle.
- Maintain and optimize core production systems to ensure 99.9% uptime during off-peak traffic.
- Collaborate with the weekday team via asynchronous communication to prioritize urgent tickets.
- Deploy updates and patches to ensure security compliance and feature stability.
- Document technical changes and create runbooks for weekend-specific procedures.
- Monitor system performance metrics and troubleshoot anomalies immediately.
- Participate in weekly sprint planning to align weekend deliverables with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience (React, Node.js, Python preferred).
- Strong understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
