Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Load and unload freight trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipment statuses and updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
